Concept Presentation

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, our designer gets to work — this is where the magic happens. We provide a range of options to tailor the space to your needs and budget, sometimes offering two or three different cost alternatives for flexibility.
During the concept presentation, you can provide additional input. You may choose to invest more in certain areas while saving in others — it’s a collaborative process. You remain in control, refining the design until it fully aligns with your preferences.

Manufacturing

At this stage, we conduct a final on-site measurement and send your detailed plans and specifications to our manufacturing department. This is where your vision begins to take shape and become reality.
We also provide you with project timelines, so you know exactly when each stage will be in progress and when to expect completion.

Installation

Installation is when all the planning comes together and your vision becomes reality. Once the cabinetry is installed and you have approved everything, our benchtop team will template and install your benchtop.
Benchtop installation typically takes 7–10 working days (Engineering and natural Stone).
After the benchtop is in place, other trades such as electricians and plumbers complete their work, which usually takes an additional 3–5 working days.

Handover

During handover, we perform a final check and celebrate your completed project. We capture professional photos to document the transformation — your space might even be award-worthy! We also provide maintenance instructions and discuss your experience. After this, it’s time to invite friends and family to admire and enjoy your beautifully designed space.
